Plain terms for using SOFI online. Founder request and membership rights stay in the exact agreement shown before the secure card step.

These terms govern browsing and using sofipilates.com and related SOFI digital services. A Founder request or membership is governed by the exact Founder agreement presented before acceptance. If the agreements differ, the Founder agreement controls and nothing here reduces a right provided by New York law.

You must be at least 18 to submit a Founder request or hold a membership. Keep any account credentials confidential and tell SOFI promptly if you believe someone else has used them.

The Founder journey lets you review the current agreement, submit a request, and save a card through Stripe. Submitting a request holds no spot or rate. Successful Stripe card validation is required to confirm both, subject to current tier availability. Saving a card is not a charge.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, scrape personal information, interfere with the service, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to violate the law. SOFI may restrict access used for abuse, fraud, or disruption.

SOFI or its licensors own the site, brand, and original content. The service uses Stripe, Brevo, Supabase, Vercel, and Cloudflare Turnstile. Their role and the information they process are described in the Privacy notice.

SOFI works to keep the site accurate and available, but schedules, availability, and content can change. Site content is not medical advice. Consult an appropriate health professional before beginning an exercise program when that is right for you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOFI is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. This does not limit liability or consumer, cancellation, refund, or health-club rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
