SOFI is a reformer Pilates and yoga studio opening in Lynbrook, built on one promise: we remember your practice, so you don't start over.
The Space
Walk in. Breathe out.
The room is being planned around natural light, warm walls, arched mirrors, clean reformer rows, and quiet details that feel prepared before you arrive.
It should feel calm, not cold — the kind of calm that comes from someone expecting you. The teaching standard is to prepare the station and make the next step clear before class begins.
Because where you move matters as much as how you move.
The Practice
Small classes. Remembered attention.
Classes stay small enough for real teaching. Your instructor tracks what's working for you and never pretends to know more about you than they do.
SOFI is accepting applications for its planned opening team. Names, biographies, and credentials will appear only after the people and facts are confirmed.
Whether you're brand new or ten years deep, the practice meets you where you are. No ego. No performance. Just the work.
The Memory

SOFI remembers your practice — what changed, what you're working toward, what's next — so your instructor starts where you left off.
The goal is quiet technology that helps the instructor prepare without pretending to know what has not been learned or approved.
SOFI does not have a fixed opening date. The current planning target is one to two weeks before halloween 2026, subject to Village action, permits, plan revisions, buildout, inspections, equipment, and instructor coverage.
The Opening Team
Built with women at the center. SOFI is being shaped as a place where women can practice, teach, build lasting client relationships, and grow into greater responsibility.
